Novlene Mills joined the UCF staff in January 2018.
An accomplished Olympic sprinter, Mills won a silver medal with the Jamaican 4x400m relay team at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. She earned a trio of bronze medals with the 4x400 at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Games.
The former Novlene Williams graduated from Florida in 2004.
