Mordy Kirsch joined the UCF Athletics department in August 2021 as Assistant Director, Business and Finance. In his role, he assists in the coordination of the operating budgets, spending, and travel for the Knights athletic programs.
Kirsch came to Orlando by way of Philadelphia after earning his Master's of Business Administration (MBA) degree from La Salle University in July 2021. He served as a Graduate Assistant for Business Operations in the Explorers athletic department, tracking team spending habits, meal money distribution, and referee payments. He also played a role in the university's transition to its new athletic apparel sponsor, Adidas.
As an undergraduate student, Mordy attended Yeshiva University in New York City, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing in May 2020. He was a four-year student-athlete for the Macs baseball team, playing third base and relief pitcher. When not on the playing field, he assisted in gameday operations, communications, and administration for Yeshiva's 15 teams, serving as a student-worker. He also spent time interning in several collegiate athletic departments, including Fairleigh Dickinson University, St. Joseph's College-Brooklyn, and the Skyline Conference.
The Long Island, NY native resides in Orlando.
