Latoya Jackson joined UCFAA as assistant director of the ChargeOn Fund in September 2021 and was promoted in March 2023 to associate director. In her role, she manages the annual fund which includes direct marketing, fundraising events, donor relations and pipeline development.
Jackson has more than a decade’s worth of institutional knowledge at UCF, where she first started her career in 2011 in the advancement department. She previously managed the 4EVER Knights ambassador program, UCF Young Alumni Chapter and Marching Knights Alumni Chapter.
During her time at UCF Advancement, she launched the Class Gift campaign and exceeded fundraising and donor goals year after year, and implemented and developed UCF’s 30 Under 30 Young Alumni Awards program.
Jackson earned her bachelor’s degree in event management from the renowned UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management, which continually ranks among the world’s top hospitality schools. She also holds a graduate certificate in nonprofit management and is working toward a master’s degree in educational leadership.
