Katie Roberts has been with Academic Services for Student-Athletes since January 2012. She is now completing her first year as a Learning Specialist and Coordinator of Academic Support Services for the football program. Katie began her career in ASSA as an undergraduate intern in January 2012 and then transitioned into a graduate assistant role while earning her MBA and Master's degree in Sports Business Management from the DeVos Sports Business Management Program. After completing her MBA, Katie became an Assistant Academic Advisor working with the Men’s Basketball and Baseball programs. As an intern she served as a facilitator for the UCF Leadership Institute and she is an active member of the N4A.
Prior to working in ASSA, Katie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida and was a student-athlete on the Women’s Volleyball team for two years. Katie was born and raised in Merritt Island, FL.
Katie’s hobbies include utilizing sand art to make murals and making tie-dye t-shirts to wear on the weekend. She also enjoys cooking, watching UCF sporting events, and reading instruction manuals.
