Jordan Clark joined the UCF staff in 2003 and now serves as chief legal counsel for UCF Athletics Association, Inc., and associate general counsel for the University.
His principal areas of responsibility with the Athletics Association include corporate governance, facilities and construction, debt finance projects and all general legal matters.
Clark has been admitted to practice law in the state of Florida since 1999. During that time he has been recognized multiple times by Florida Trend Magazine as a member of Florida’s Legal Elite.
Prior to joining UCF, he practiced in the areas of mergers and acquisitions/corporate securities in Miami, Florida, with the law firms of Steel Hector and Davis LLP and Greenberg Traurig P.A.
Clark received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting with honors from West Virginia University, where he was also a member of the men’s soccer team. He received a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida, where he was an associate editor for the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
He is active in University and community affairs and currently sits as a director on the Greater Orlando Sports Commission as well as the Opportunity Jobs Foundation. He was past board chairman of Lake Eola Charter School and a founding board member of the Galileo School for Gifted Learning.
He and his wife Johanna have three children.
