Joie Landy joined the sports medicine team in June 2025. She primarily works with the football team.
Landy arrived in Orlando after spending a year as the football athletic medicine fellow for Duke University.
As a graduate assistant for Troy University (Alabama), she assisted daily medical care for the football team and also provided coverage for the women’s basketball, volleyball and track and field teams.
Landy served internships during her undergraduate studies for the University of Arizona football team and the New York Jets.
Landy has a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from West Virigina University and a master’s in kinesiology-exercise science from Troy University. A member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, she is certified in CPR/AED and dry needling.
