Jamie Schultz was named a graduate assistant on the UCF Football staff in February 2018.
Schultz joined the Knights after spending two years as the defensive graduate assistant on the University of Idaho staff. He began working for teh Vandals in January 2013 as a student assistant. Schultz worked with the linebackers, defensive line and secondary during his time at Idaho. In his first year as a graduate assistant, Idaho finished 9-4 and won teh 2016 Famous Idaho Potatoes Bowl over Colorado State.
At Idaho, Schultz was in charge of weekly scouting reports, defensive practice scripts, breakdowns of future opponents and coordinating the offensvie and special teams scout teams.
Schultz graduated from the University of Idaho in December of 2017 with a master's degree in education.
