Erica Valdes joined the UCF Athletics Ticket Sales team in January 2024.
In June 2024, Valdes and the tickets team were honored with the inaugural National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations Ticket Team of the Year award.
Valdes has previous experience working with game day operations and guest and member relations with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
She graduated from Saint Leo University in San Antonio, Florida, with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in sports business.
