Emma Schneider returned to UCF Athletics in August 2025 to serve as associate athletics director/creative director (design). She previously worked for the #content team from 2019-22.
Prior to her return to Orlando, Schneider spent nearly three years as the associate athletics director, creative director (design) for Notre Dame Athletics. She was responsible for leading a team of designers to develop and execute a wide range of projects, including branding campaigns, social media graphics, set design, in-venue graphics and more.
In 2023, Schneider led the design team in the creation of the athletics wide “All Fight” campaign, designed to connect all Notre Dame sports under one cohesive message and design style. In collaboration with multiple branches of the athletic department and university, Schneider also designed and executed the full game branding for Notre Dame Football’s season-opening game in Dublin, Ireland. This involved developing the overall look and feel of the event, the field and in-venue design, as well as designs throughout the city of Dublin and the highly successful “Notre Dame Street” activation.
In her first stint at UCF, Schneider worked as the director of brand design, with notable projects during her tenure including the redesign of the UCF Athletics secondary logo “the Knighthead” and the annual Space Game specialty uniform for UCF Football. In 2021 the design won Uniform of the Year for best uniform in all of college football.
Before UCF, Schneider worked as a graphic designer for the Charlotte Hornets of the NBA, as well as the Walt Disney Company in California.
Originally from Maryland, Schneider earned her degree in graphic design from Penn State University, where she was a member of the Schreyer Honors College.
