Emily Giusti joined UCF Athletics in December 2024 as assistant director for administration.
Giusti arrived in Orlando after spending several years at the University of Colorado Boulder. She most recently served as special assistant to the athletic director's office, where she led the development and implementation of the 2024-2026 strategic plan. She also gained experience for the Buffs as a football recruiting assistant.
Giusti graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Ohio State University in 2020. She worked as student operations and recruiting assistant for the Buckeyes’ football team from 2017-2020. She was a part of the three Big Ten Conference title teams (2017-2019), and worked three bowl games for the school: the 2018 Cotton (a win over Southern California), the 2019 Rose (a victory over Washington) and the 2020 Fiesta (a loss to Clemson), the latter of which was also a College Football Playoff semifinal game.
The Fort Lauderdale, Fla., native graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School, where she lettered in softball (she was a member of a two-time state champion team). Her hobbies include taking care of her garden, houseplants and cat.
