Emily Parker joined the UCF Athletics and Foundation staff in August 2023 as associate director for the ChargeOn Fund. In her role she meets with UCF alumni, fans and friends to secure philanthropic major gift commitments and grow the Shareholders Society.
Parker (formerly Allen) is a UCF alumna, past UCF Alumni 30 under 30 award recipient, and has her master’s in business administration and bachelor’s in communication sciences. The Delta Delta Delta sorority alumna returns to UCF with more than five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on fundraising and donor relations. Parker served multiple roles at Advent Health, most recently as the senior development specialist.
She holds a certificate of proficiency in American Sign Language and in her off time enjoys spending time with her family, husband Cameron, and her Shih Tzu, Sadie.
