Don Stark enters his first year as a graduate assistant coach at UCF. Stark brings five years of coaching experience from the high school level to his new position as the defensive graduate assistant coach for the Golden Knights.
Stark spent three seasons (2001-03) as an assistant coach at Seminole High School under James Bernhardt, UCF[apos]s new director of football operations. Stark was the defensive line coach his first year at Seminole, and helped tutor current UCF defensive lineman Marcus Hubbard.Stark served as Seminole[apos]s defensive coordinator and outside linebackers coach his final two seasons.
Prior to Seminole, Stark coached two years at Gateway High School as the team[apos]s defensive coordinator and linebackers coach.
Stark is a 1999 UCF graduate with a degree in physical education. He is currently working on his master[apos]s degree in career advancement at UCF.Stark and his wife Tami reside in Orlando.
