Chandler Couch joined UCF Athletics as Associate Athletics Director for Executive Operations in August 2026.
Couch oversees the day-to-day operations of the athletics director’s office, including executive scheduling, departmental planning, board governance and coordination of high-impact initiatives. She also serves as a key liaison to university leadership, trustees, conference officials, donors and community partners while supporting donor stewardship, special projects and executive game-day operations.
She joined the Knights from the Texas Rangers, where she served as executive administrator for baseball operations and scouting. In that role, she coordinated complex calendars, meetings, travel and daily logistics for a 10-person executive group while managing confidential communications and overseeing expenses for two $5 million operating budgets.
Prior to her role as executive administrator, she served the Rangers as assistant director of scouting administration and assistant director of pro scouting. Her responsibilities included managing administrative operations for a 30-person scouting department, coordinating travel and coverage schedules, facilitating the onboarding of new hires and drafted players, and planning organizational meetings for more than 50 participants.
She began her professional career with the Baltimore Orioles, serving as coordinator of draft operations and as an amateur scouting fellow.
Couch earned her bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from the University of Mississippi.
