Caroline Crosby joined the UCF Athletics Facilities and Event Management team in June 2024.
Prior to arriving to UCF, Crosby made stops at UNC-Chapel Hill as an event management coordinator and the University of Tennessee as an athletics intern. At UNC she served as the primary gameday manager for men's and women's tennis and swim & dive programs. She also assisted with men's basketball, football and field hockey game day operations. At the University of Tennessee, she served as a member of the FellowVol Program rotating through four different departments within athletics: event management, marketing, administration and fundraising.
As an undergraduate student at Butler University, Crosby worked with the Butler athletics ticketing, broadcasting and games operations departments. She also has a strong communication background, serving as the sports information director for Brownsburg High School (Indiana) and as a sports reporter for the Butler Collegian. Additionally, she externed with the NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball team during the 2021 and 2022 seasons assisting both tournaments and working the Final Fours in San Antonio and Minneapolis. Crosby also served as a site representative for first- and second-round games of the 2023 and 2024 NCAA Women’s Basketball tournaments.
A native of Davenport, Iowa, Crosby graduated from Butler University in 2022 with a degree in sports media and minors in journalism and recreation & sports studies.
