Brittney Anderson-Duzan joined the UCF Athletics Association in 2018. She first worked in the compliance department before transitioning to her role as the Knights' senior associate athletics director for student-athlete administration from June 2021-July 2022. In August 2022, she returned to her leadership position within the compliance department.
In her current role as senior associate athletics director of compliance, Brittney oversees UCF’s adherence to NCAA compliance & governance. In her role she is the primary liaison to the NCAA and Big 12 for all compliance matters.
During her tenure at UCF, she has experience overseeing the department’s name, image, and likeness efforts as well as coordinating with on-campus groups to coordinate student-athlete needs, and has also worked as the primary contact for football, women’s basketball, and baseball.
Prior to UCF, Anderson-Duzan was a member of the University of South Carolina compliance staff also served as associate director for compliance at Utah. In addition to her compliance role, she oversaw the Utes’ athletics department drug testing program and Student-Athlete Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Program.
Anderson-Duzan is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Entertainment and her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of South Carolina.
