Brittney Anderson-Duzan joined the UCF Athletics Association in 2018 and has served in a variety of leadership roles across the department. After beginning her tenure in athletics compliance, she was named Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Administration in 2021 before returning to lead the compliance office in 2022. In recognition of her leadership and expanding executive responsibilities, Brittney was promoted to Assistant Vice President and Senior Executive Associate Athletics Director for Compliance in May 2026.
As a member of UCF Athletics' Executive Staff, Brittney provides strategic leadership on NCAA governance, institutional compliance, student-athlete benefits, revenue sharing, and enterprise risk management. She oversees the department's athletics compliance program, serves as UCF's primary liaison to the NCAA and Big 12 Conference on governance and legislative matters, and lead the implementation and oversight of the department's NIL & revenue sharing program.
In addition to her compliance responsibilities, Brittney provides sport supervision and works collaboratively with coaches and departmental leadership to support the operational success of assigned programs. She partners extensively with university leadership, including the President's Office, General Counsel, Title IX, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Conduct, Human Resources, and other campus stakeholders to address complex institutional matters, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance strategic initiatives impacting student-athletes and the athletics department.
Prior to UCF, Brittney served on the athletics compliance staffs at the University of South Carolina and the University of Utah. While at Utah, she also directed the department's athletics drug testing program and Student-Athlete Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Program.
A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Brittney earned her Bachelor of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina.
