Brittney Anderson-Duzan transitioned to her role as the Knights' Sr. Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Administration & NIL after serving as a member of the Athletics Compliance staff since 2018. Anderson-Duran’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the department’s name, image, and likeness efforts as well as coordinating with on-campus groups to coordinate student-athlete needs.
Anderson-Duzan served as the compliance contact for Football, Women’s Basketball, and Baseball while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office during her time in UCF Compliance. Prior to UCF, Anderson-Duzan was a member of the University of South Carolina compliance staff before serving as the Associate Director for Compliance at Utah. In addition to her compliance role, she oversaw the athletics department drug testing program and Student-Athlete Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Program while at Utah.
Anderson-Duzan is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Entertainment and her Juris Doctor Degree.
