Ben Fleming is in his fourth year as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for the UCF Knights. He supervises the strength programs for baseball, women[apos]s basketball and women[apos]s tennis. Additionally, Fleming assists with the strength and conditioning of the football team.
In 2009, Fleming assisted the men[apos]s golf team in winning the Conference USA and Regional Championships. In 2010, he assisted the men[apos]s golf team once again in winning the Conference USA Championship. That same year, Fleming contributed to the success of his track & field team as they won the 2010 Conference USA Outdoor Track & Field Championship. In 2011, Fleming was part of UCF[apos]s women[apos]s basketball team which claimed the C-USA title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
He is a certified strength and conditioning coach (SCCC) by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCA) of which he is also a member. He holds a Level 1 coaching certification from USA Weightlifting as well as being Etcheberry Certified by Pat Etcheberry, one of the top tennis and golf strength and conditioning coaches in the world.
Fleming earned a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Administration from Wingate University where he was also a member of the soccer team. In 2009, he earned a Master of Arts in Health/Wellness and Applied Exercise Physiology from UCF.
