Ashtyn Bradley, a former Long Island men's basketball player, joined the UCF men's basketball in 2024 as a graduate assistant and was promoted to Director of Player Development prior to the 2025-26 season.
As a graduate assistant for the Knights, Bradley was responsible for assisting with scouting reports, cutting and editing film using Sportscode and Synergy software, and conducting individual workouts for the team and players.
Prior to UCF, he served as the head coach for the boys basketball prep team at Olympus Prep Academy, where he created practice plans, supervised and managed the team and assisted the high school head coach with practice and individual workouts.
Bradley spent one season as the head coach for the varsity basketball team at Wilbraham and Monson Academy. During his time with the academy, he conducted team tryouts, created practice plans and assisted with practice and individual workouts.
The Houston, Texas, native pursued an athletic career in basketball with Long Island, where he helped lead the Sharks to a Northeast Conference Championship. After four years with the team, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in health science and media arts with a concentraction in broadcast journalism in 2020.
