Ana Laura Collado Diaz ’21 joined the UCFAA business team in November 2022 as a staff assistant.
Collado Diaz is originally from Mexico and was a member of the UCF women's golf team from 2017 until 2022. She was an all-region and all-conference team honoree. As a sophomore in 2019, she helped lead the team to an NCAA National Championship berth for the first time since 1996 and just the second time in school history.
Outside of her performance on the course, Collado Diaz was a four-time American Athletic Conference all-academic team selection and served on UCF’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Collado Diaz earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and is expected to graduate in December with an MBA and a master's in Sports Business Management from the renowned UCF DeVos Sport Business Management program.
She has had several business and accounting internships for organizations including Ford Jalapa in Mexico, The First Tee of Central Florida, and Brokers.Law.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
