2010-11: Named to the C-USA Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll for having a GPA of at least 3.0...Earned a 2-1 record in singles and a 13-6 record in doubles play...Won against ranked opponents FSU and SMU with partner Taylor Dubins...Had two seperate four-match winning streaks in doubles play, with wins over teams such as FSU, East Carolina, North Florida, Virginia Tech and Stetson...Yacaman proved to be a force in doubles, with 2010-11 being her third-straight year of winning at least 13 matches...Recorded a 2-2 record in doubles versus ranked teams, losing to only Florida and Miami, who were ranked second and eighth in the nation.
2009-10: Earned a spot on the C-USA Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll and as a Scholar-Baller for maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA...Earned a 7-14 overall singles mark and a 15-9 doubles record...Claimed a victory over Alabama[apos]s Paulina Bigos at the UCF Quad Tournament...Collected four wins at the No. 3 singles position...Paired up with Jenny Frisell at the Seminole Invitational where the duo collected two victories...Started the dual-match season with Christy Core and had a four-match win streak...On Feb. 28 against Florida Atlantic, Taylor Dubins partnered with Yacaman...The duo racked up nine wins at the No. 3 doubles spot with victories over No. 60 Harvard and No. 64 North Florida.
2008-09: Honored on the Conference USA Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll and as a Scholar-Baller for maintaining a 3.0 GPA or better...Earned a 21-13 overall singles mark and a 15-15 doubles record as a freshman...Claimed a victory in her first six singles matches of her career, helping her be selected as the Conference USA Player of the Month on Oct. 14...Without the benefit of a bye in the first round, won all four matches at the Gator Fall Classic for the Flight B singles championship...Claimed the title by defeating two players from both Kentucky and USF...Posted back-to-back 6-0, 6-0 wins at the C.L. Varner Memorial, while also notching one triumph at the ITA Southern Regionals and two more at the Miami Fall Invite...Began the spring season at the No. 2 singles slot posting a 12-8 mark...Put together a three-match win streak from Feb. 13-26 that included defeating players from Georgia Southern, Tulane and Penn State...Defeated No. 65 USF[apos]s Jessica Zok in straight sets and contributed with a singles victory against Lindsay Dvorak in straight sets for the second time on the season at the C-USA Championship... Played with Elvira Serrot the entire fall for five doubles wins, which included four-straight victories at the C.L. Varner Memorial for the Flight A tournament title...Started the dual-match season teamed up with Serrot at No. 1, but found success playing aside Kenza Belbacha and Alexis Rodriguez at No. 2 posting a 7-7 record...Secured a four-match win streak from Feb. 13-March 2 including a victory against No. 75 NC State.
Prior to UCF: Began playing in Colombia and attended Jorge Washington School before moving to the United States and training at the Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton...Went to Boca Raton Preparatory High School for her senior year...While at Jorge Washington, named the 2005 Athlete of the Year...Finalist in the girls 18s at the 2008 Security and General International Tennis Federation Junior Tennis Open in the Bahamas...Selected as the Colombian Tennis Association Player of the Year in December 2005, and was No. 1 in the national rankings in the G12, G14 and G16 divisions...Then started competing in the International Tennis Federation Juniors and held a No. 349 ranking...Was the doubles champion in Copenhagen ITF G4 and the Illinois ITF G4 in 2007, a finalist at the Bahaman ITF Tournament in 2006 and a semifinalist at the Arhus, Denmark ITF G4 and the Bermuda ITF Tournament in 2007 as well.
