- One of five freshmen to suit up for the Knights in 2025 and one of two to feature in all 29 matches, gaining the starting nod in five
- Finished third on the team with 21 service aces, boasting a pair of four-ace contests against Stetson on Sept. 5 and West Virginia on Oct. 12
- One of five Knights to tally 100 or more digs, finishing the season with 133 to her name
- Secured nine matches with five or more and set a season-high with 11 in a three-set triumph over Cincinnati on Sept. 24.
HIGH SCHOOL
- 1,400 career digs ranked Mendoza as the fourth overall libero and a top-50 player in the state of Texas
- Recognized by The Dallas Morning News and DFW All-Area Teams.
- Playing club for Texas Advantage Volleyball, she has been adorned with titles such as Northwest ISD Defensive Player of the Tournament and Mansfield ISD Invitational All-Tournament Team.
- Two-time GJNC (Girls Junior National Championship) medalist
- Graduating from Colleyville Heritage High School, she was dubbed the Panthers' Defensive Player of the year
- Twice named to the All-District and All-State 5A Teams
