- The only player in the Southland to rank in the top 10 in the conference in kills per set, points per set and digs per set
- Led all non-liberos in digs on the season
- Had 13 double-doubles on the year including four in her first five matches as an outside and six straight at the end of conference play
- Recorded the first 20-kill, 20-dig match at NSU since 2019, one of just three such matches in all of the Southland all season

SOPHOMORE (2023) at Northwestern State
- Started all 31 matches on the season in her sophomore season on the way to an even more prolific year in program history
- Broke the NSU single-season block record with 164 total blocks and the block per set record with a 1.52 average
- Led the Southland Conference in blocks and blocks per set for the second straight season
- Broke the SLC rally-scoring record with her 1.52 block per set average
- Finished seven seventh in the NCAA in total blocks and sixth in blocks per set
- Became the fastest player in NSU history to reach both 200 and 300 career blocks during the season reaching the former in 42 total matches and the latter in 61 career matches
- Tied the NSU single match record with 13 blocks at Texas A&M-Commerce (Sept. 26)
- Had three total double-figure block matches, giving her now six of the top 10 best single-match blocking performances in NSU history
- Had 16 matches on the season with five or more blocks
- Finished third on the team with 191 kills and led the team with a .293 attack percentage, the sixth highest single-season percentage at NSU
- Named SLC Defensive Player of the Week following 18 blocks across four matches

FRESHMAN (2022) at Northwestern State
- Started all 32 matches in her freshman season at NSU on the way to one of the most prolific years in program history
- Finished the season with 148 total blocks, the second most in a single season in program history
- Her 116 block assists was also the second most in a single season and her 32 solo blocks were good for sixth-most all-time
- Thompson was the first freshman to ever record 100 blocks in a single season, joined later in the year by teammate Jordan Gamble
- The duo were the first pair to each record 100 blocks in a season at NSU
- Led the Southland in total blocks (87) and blocks per set (1.18) in conference matches and led the SLC overall with her 148 stops on the year
- Had double-digit blocks in three different matches
- Finished second on the team with 271 kills and a 2.05 per set average, leading the team and finishing second in the conference with a .340 hitting percentage, the second-best single-season mark in program history
- Secured double-digit kills in 12 matches with two or fewer errors in six of them
- Named conference defensive player of the week following her first weekend at NSU thanks to her performance against FDU and averaged 1.46 blocks per set, 19 total, in three matches
- Freshman year accolades include LSWA Freshman of the Year, LSWA First-Team All-Louisiana, SLC Second-Team All-Conference and Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll
HIGH SCHOOL - Two-sport star in volleyball and soccer at Clear Creek HS
- Three-time all-district selection in volleyball and four-time all-district honoree in soccer
- Named volleyball newcomer of the year as a sophomore and district MVP as a senior
