After a successful playing career with the Knights, Dani Harrison was named UCF[apos]s director of volleyball operations in the summer of 2013. Harrison will help monitor the academic progress of student-athletes, assist with the organization of team travel, help manage the program[apos]s budget, coordinate community service initiatives and provide support to the direction of UCF[apos]s camps.
'It[apos]s always a special privilege anytime we can move a former player into an administrative or coaching role,' head coach Todd Dagenais said. 'Dani has been such an important part of UCF Volleyball for the past 4 years, now she will have the opportunity to contribute to our success in a completely different manner. She will assume the day to day operational tasks of travel, administrative paperwork, marketing, community relations, and budgeting. I have complete and total trust in her ability to help manage our program.'
