Katelyn Kight is in her fifth year as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level and first year with UCF Athletics.
Prior to UCF, Kight was at UMBC from 2015-2019, working with the women's soccer, softball, and track and field and cross country teams.
Kight earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Frostburg State University in 2013 and received her Master of Science in Exercise Science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2015. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and a USAW Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Kight is also CPR/AED certified and holds a level 1 Precision Nutrition certification.
