Isabella Marian joined UCF’s sports medicine department in June 2023 as the athletic trainer for UCF's rowing team.
Marian arrived at UCF after serving as the University of Tennessee’s intern athletic trainer for the Lady Vols’ rowing program.
She received her Master of Science in Athletic Training degree from Shenandoah University in 2022 and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Bridgewater College in 2019. At Shenandoah, Marian worked in the SPARC clinic, men's basketball, and men's soccer. She also spent her second year with Shenandoah at the University of Florida as an extern with the football program for both the fall 2021 and spring 2022 seasons. At Shenandoah, she also received her Performing Arts Medicine Certification. Her other certifications include Graston M1, Functional Movement Screening Level 1, Wilderness First Aid, and Sound-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization.
She grew up in Harrisonburg, VA, and is an active National Athletic Trainer Association member.
