Nicole Mayer joined the UCF staff as a graduate assistant coach in August 2020.
A four-year member of the varsity squad at UCF, Mayer earned three conference championships and made three straight NCAA appearances as a Knight student-athlete.
As a freshman, Mayer coxed the Varsity Four to a victory at The American championship as the Knights swept the regatta for a third-straight title. In 2018, the sophomore coxswain earned second team all-conference honors after guiding UCF's Varsity Eight to victory and helping the Knights win their fourth-straight American Athletic Conference championship. Just two weeks later, she coxed the Varsity Eight to an 18th place finish at the NCAA Championship.
As a junior in 2019, Mayer earned first team all-conference honors after helping the Knights secure a fifth-straight AAC title as the coxswain of the V8. She coxed the V8 to a second-straight 18th place finish at the NCAA Championship.
A native of Brigantine, New Jersey, she earned her degree from UCF in May 2020.
