- Earned the starting quarterback job in Game 3 and went on to start nine games and play in 11 of 12 in his true freshman season
- Led USF passing for 1,888 yards on 145 of 262 attempts, completing 55.3 percent of his passes for a 116.8 rating

- As a junior, led his team to an undefeated regular season and a third-round appearance in the state playoffs

- As a sophomore, threw for 985 yards and 13 touchdowns through six games
- As a freshman, threw for 1,523 yards and 14 touchdowns with just one interception in 150 attempts.
