Elizabeth Miller Season 2007-08

2006-07: Scored in each of the five races she ran... named to the Conference USA All-Academic Team...opened the season with a personal-best time of 19:34.19 at the Mountain Dew Invitational...was the No. 4 runner for the Knights in the next three consecutive meets...finished in the top 50 at the Great American Classic and the Disney Classic...ranked in the top 30 at the Furman Invitational...ran No. 5 for UCF at the C-USA Championship and the NCAA South Regional.
2005-06: Ran in five meets, scoring in three...posted a personal best time of 19:59.26 in the season opening Gator Invitational...followed that by running in UCF[apos]s top five at the FSU Invitational...was also the team[apos]s No. 5 runner at the Stetson Invitational, where she placed 14th at 20:47...finished third for the Golden Knights at the NCAA South Regional.
2004-05: Scored in five of the six meets entered...finished in UCF[apos]s top five at the Gator Invitational...took fourth place at the FAU-UCF Dual Meet...posted a season best 24:45.10 in the 6K at the Chile Pepper Invitational...placed in the top 40 at the Atlantic Sun Championships with a time of 20:27.44...ran No. 2 for UCF and finished in the top 45 at the NCAA Regional...Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team.
Prior to UCF: Graduated from Orlando[apos]s Timber Creek High School, where she established records in the mile, 1600m and 5K...her 19:05 at the FHSAA 4A Region 2 meet was the TCHS record in the three mile...set the school record in the 5K at the Metro Conference Championship in 2002.
Personal: Born in Los Angeles, Calif....daughter of Jeff and Felicity Miller...major is molecular/microbiology.
