- Earned his first collegiate win at North Florida on April 30 after tossing 2.2 innings of scoreless relief
- Struck out a season-high three batters twice--at North Florida (April 30) and against Oklahoma State at the Big 12 Championship (May 24)
- Limited opposing batters to just a .217 batting average
- Missed the first half of the season due to injury
