Jeremy Fradin is in his ninth year as a strength and conditioning coach in the collegiate and professional ranks and in his second year as the Assistant Director of Performance with UCF Athletics.
Jeremy came to UCF from Southern Utah University where, in his first year as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Football program, the T-Birds won their second Big Sky Conference title. A key component to the 2017 team's success was Jeremy’s development and implementation of new in and off-season strength and conditioning regimens.
Prior to Southern Utah University, Fradin spent time with the Arizona Diamondbacks organization where he was the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for the Short Season Class A Hillsboro Hops and Head Athletic Trainer for the Advanced Rookie Class Missoula Osprey. Throughout Jeremy’s time with the Diamondbacks, he was responsible for the preparation, health and maintenance for all players along with the evaluation and implementation of daily soft tissue and manual therapy programs. Jeremy evaluated numerous forms of athletic injuries in a real time setting while developing and implementing injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
Prior to the Diamondbacks, Jeremy was a part-time Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Texas at Austin where he earned his Masters’ in Education with an emphasis in Sport Science and Nutrition. At Texas, Jeremy assisted in the design of the men's tennis pre competition and off-season regimens and was also responsible for the long-term rehabilitation of the Longhorn Football team.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Diego State University in 2012 and received his Masters of Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Sport Science and Nutrition from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014. Jeremy is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Active Release Technique Provider (upper & lower extremity), Sports Performance Coach (level I), and also has his Postural Restoration Institution certification (myo, pelvic, postural).
