-Named to the all-state teams in football (tight end) and baseball (first baseman) as a sophomore
-As a junior, earned all-conference laurels after aiding to the team to a third-place finish at state
-Also named an all-state wide receiver his junior season while helping the basketball team to a runner-up finish in the state
-In his senior season, finished third in baseball while earning all-state and all-conference honors as a pitcher
-Wrapped up his football career with the most career receptions (161), touchdowns (41) and receiving yards (2969) at Meridian
