2007 (Sophomore): Earned a redshirt...Posted two hits, two runs scored and a stolen base vs. Michigan (Feb. 27)...Posted a single in the first two games at LSU (Feb. 23-24)...Was 1-for-3 with an RBI and a run scored against Maryland (Feb. 18)...Blasted a pinch-hit homer to left field against TCU (Feb. 10), UCF[apos]s first since the 2004 season...Entered the game as a pinch-hitter and played left field vs. FIU (Feb. 4)...Made the start in left field in season opener vs. FIU (Feb. 3).

Prior to UCF: Three-year letterman in both baseball and football at Sebring High School...Coached on the baseball diamond by Hoppy Rewis...Part of three consecutive district championship teams at Sebring...Named team[apos]s offensive player of the year after posting a .394 batting average with five home runs, eight triples and 26 RBI as a senior...Pounded out six home runs and six doubles as a junior.
