Sam Bates Season 2015

Prior to UCF
-Played two seasons at Daytona State College for head coach Tim Touma
-Started freshman and sophomore years and was named the 2014 Daytona State Baseball Student-Athlete of the Year
-Graduated from Daytona State with Honors
-Competed at Hagerty High School for head coach Jered Goodwin, earning three letters from 2010-12
-Compiled a .438 avg. as a senior, breaking the school record for hits in a season, and earning the Huskies Offensive MVP and All-Central Florida Area Honorable Mention.
-Posted a .333 average as a junior and received All-Seminole County Distinction
-Member of the Huskies 2010 District Championship Team
-Graduated HHS with honors and was a member of Beta Club and National Honor Society
