-Delivered four hits, two RBI, a stolen base and 3 runs scored in a series against UAB (4/6-8)
-Slashed two doubles, drove in a run, stole a base and scored vs. FAMU (4/10)
-Recorded a ten-game hitting streak (4/6-21)
-Had five hits with two doubles, two stolen bases, two RBI and two runs scored in a series at Tulane (4/20-22)
-Swiped three bases and scored all three times in a 4-3 victory against Memphis (4/27)
-Hit a solo blast against Presbyterian (5/6)
-Grabbed two hits, including a double and three RBI against Rice (5/17)
2011 (Junior): Appeared in 29 games with one start, serving mostly as a pinch-runner and a defensive substitute...Limited in the second half of the season due to an injury...Scored five runs, drove in one and was 2-for-2 on the bases during the year...Scored twice, stole a base and laid down a sac bunt vs. Siena (2/20)...Debuted vs. Siena (2/19) and came off the bench to produce a single and scored a run.
2010 (Sophomore): Proved to be a very reliable utility outfielder, going .295 at the plate with 10 RBI and 14 runs...Also hit two doubles, a triple and two homers while swiping six bases...Laid down three sac bunts in 23 games and 14 starts...Produced a 3-for-4 night at JU (5/12), driving in a pair, scoring a run and finished with a triple, sac bunt and a stolen base...Drove in three runs on two hits and scored a run at FAU (5/4)...Led off the eighth with a solo homer to give UCF a 5-3 lead in a win at Miami (3/23)...Combined to go 5-for-9 (.556) with three runs, one RBI, two HBP and four stolen bases in the Presbyterian series (3/19-21)...Doubled and scored a run while making a highlight-reel diving catch in center at Stetson (3/17)...Started twice while playing all three games vs. Hartford (3/13-14), finishing 5-for-13 with six runs, three RBI, a double and his first-collegiate homer.
2009 (Freshman): Saw time in 14 games as a walk-on, making six starts...Batted .227 with five hits, a double, eight runs and three RBI...Got first taste of collegiate baseball vs. Monmouth (March 7), going 1-for-2 off the bench and playing center field...Started first game vs. Monmouth (March 8), posted two hits and scored a pair of runs...Added a single vs. USF (March 11)...Brought in a pair on a double and scored twice at UAB (April 24)...Walked and scored a run vs. Marshall (May 2)...Had a sac fly against Marshall (May 3).
Prior to UCF: Four-year letterwinner on the baseball and football teams at University High School...Played for baseball coach Rodney Beatty...Batted .371 with 27 RBI and 38 runs as a senior, winning the Golden Glove Award...Finished junior year with a .387 average, 24 RBI and 36 runs, while earning the Varsity Best Hitter Award as a sophomore...Rushed for over 1,000 yards on the gridiron in 2007, and was a recipient of the Downtown Athletic Club Offensive Player of the Week during the year...MVP of the football team as a junior, most outstanding defensive back in 2005 and the team MVP on the freshman squad.
