ORLANDO – Following back-to-back Big 12 regular-season championships, the UCF women’s tennis team has announced its 2026 fall schedule as head coach Bryan Koniecko and the Knights look to build on their momentum heading into the new season.
The fall season will begin in Cary, N.C., from Sept. 19-27 at the ITA All-American Championships, where select Knights will try to earn a spot in the NCAA individual championships. Meanwhile, the rest of the squad will head to the 15th annual Bedford Cup hosted by USF from Sept. 25-27. The tournament features some of the state’s top programs and players in singles and doubles competition. Olivia Bergler earned the event’s Sportsmanship Award last season.
In October, members will head to Rome, Ga., from Oct. 2-4 to compete in the Rome Tennis Center Collegiate Invite. The invitational will include select players from the universities of Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Auburn, and other collegiate tennis powerhouses. The following week, UCF will head to Miami for the ITA Southeast Regional Championships from Oct. 7-13.
Following regionals, qualifying Knights will travel to Knoxville, Tenn., for the ITA Sectional Championships from Nov. 5-8, providing another opportunity to earn a spot in the NCAA Individual Championships. The rest of the team will head to Jacksonville for the UNF Fall Invite from Nov. 6-8.
