Men's Golf Signs Prominent Nebraska Transfer Brodie Cunningham

ORLANDO - Following the program's best finish at the Big 12 Championship since joining the conference in 2023, the UCF men's golf team has carried the momentum into the portal, securing the signing of standout Nebraska transfer Brodie Cunningham.

Currently, Brodie is ranked 2354th in the World Amateur Ranking. During his sophomore season, Cunningham completed the year 733rd in the NCAA D1 Scoreboard Ranking and held a 488 NCAA D1 Scoreboard Ranking after his freshman season.

The Glasgow, Scotland native, has earned eight top-10 finishes over the last two years. Cunningham holds the Nebraska single-round program record (66) at the Tiger Intercollegiate, along with setting the freshman scoring average record at Nebraska (72.61).

Cunningham has earned academic accolades that include the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll for the Fall of 2024, 2025, and the Spring of 2025.

We are excited to add Brodie Cunningham to our program next season. Brodie will bring two very successful years of collegiate playing experience to a young Knights team this fall. We feel his success playing in adverse weather conditions all around the world will bode very well in a collegiate environment. Not only do we look forward to his leadership on the golf course, but we are extremely thrilled about the strong academic record that he will bring to our university.
