The Knights finished the season with a 21-5 overall record, including an impressive 11-2 mark in conference play to secure their second consecutive Big 12 regular-season championship.
After advancing to the Big 12 Championship final for the second straight year, UCF earned the No. 2 seed in the NCAA Tournament’s Raleigh Regional. Although host school NC State ended the Knights’ run in the second round, the appearance continued the program’s sustained success under head coach Bryan Koniecko. The berth marked UCF’s seventh NCAA Tournament appearance in Koniecko’s 10 seasons leading the program, during which he has compiled a 24-5 postseason record.
Tilbuerger proved to be a cornerstone of the Knights’ success this season, posting a 17-2 dual-match record, including a perfect 10-0 mark on court two. She also delivered six match-clinching victories and earned three postseason honors: Big 12 All-Tournament Team Doubles, All-Big 12 First Team Singles and All-Big 12 First Team Doubles.
