ORLANDO - As portal season heats up, first-year UCF women’s basketball head coach Gabe Lazo and his staff have secured the signing of one the top-mid major transfers, announcing Stephen F. Austin’s Key Roseby to the 2026-27 roster.

A two-year standout with the Lumberjacks, Roseby averaged 13.1 points per game while leading the squad to their second-consecutive Southland Conference Tournament Championship, improving upon a strong freshman campaign the year prior.

The Frisco, Texas, native’s stellar sophomore slate garnered the future Knight All-Southland First Team honors. Starting in all 35 games during the 2025-26 season, Roseby solidified herself as a versatile threat, averaging the fifth most points in the conference while leading her team from beyond the arc.
