Under the sunny sky of a 75-degree morning in Orlando, the UCF football team opened spring practice, the first of 15 sessions ultimately leading to the fall 2026 campaign.
Set for his second season in his second stint at the helm of the Black and Gold, Scott Frost has put together a roster of 100 Knights, 97 of which are in Orlando as spring practice gets underway.
A healthy mix of returners and new faces took to the field Tuesday morning, excited to return to the gridiron.
Frost, along with returners Duane Thomas Jr. and Lewis Carter spoke to the media following the first day of spring practice.
