Sisutham Garners Big 12 Golfer of the Week Honors

ORLANDO – After earning her fifth top-10 finish of the season, senior Pimpisa “Sandwich” Sisutham has been named the Big 12 Women’s Golfer of the Week.

This is the second time the Knights have garnered the award this season and the first career Big 12 in season award for Sisutham.

The senior from Bangkok, Thailand recorded an 8^th place finish at the Briar’s Creek Invitational carding both rounds at or below par (72). With round three being cancelled due to weather, Sisutham carded eight birdies over 36 holes. Her performance helped guide the Black and Gold to their fifth top-three finish this season.

The Knights return to action March 30 and 31 as they compete in the Coach Mo Invite at St. John’s Golf Club.
