Stillwell Tabbed to Big 12 Starting Five

by Jenna VanHoose

ORLANDO — UCF senior Jamichael Stillwell has been named to the Big 12 Starting Five, marking the first time in program history a Knight has earned the weekly conference honor.

The Big 12 Men’s Basketball Starting Five recognizes five standout performers from across the league each week. Joining Stillwell on this week’s list are Arizona’s Jaden Bradley and Koa Peat, Iowa State’s Tamin Lipsey, and Kansas State’s PJ Haggerty.

Stillwell delivered another strong stretch of performances to earn the recognition. In UCF’s win over Pittsburgh, he logged 32 minutes and posted his second double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds. In the Knights’ victory over Oakland, he recorded his first double-double of the season — and UCF’s first this year — posting 20 points and 14 rebounds on 8-of-13 shooting.

Through the 2025–26 season to date, Stillwell is averaging 10.8 points and 8.3 rebounds, along with eight steals, three blocks and 11 assists.

The Black and Gold return home for two games this week, hosting Quinnipiac on Nov. 25 and VMI on Nov. 29.
