ORLANDO - Week 8 of the NFL season involved another strong showing of performances from alumni. In the breakout performance of the week, rookie RJ Harvey made history with three touchdowns in the Broncos game against the Cowboys.
On Sunday, Harvey had arguably his best game of the 2025 season so far. The rookie running back accounted for three total touchdowns, with two rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown. His success on the field led Denver to a 44-24 victory over Dallas. Harvey was the first to put points on the board for Denver in the contest with an explosive 40-yard rushing touchdown.
The performance puts Harvey at five touchdowns within his first eight games in the NFL. His performance earned him another nomination for Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week.

The UCF alum's efforts Sunday represented a feat not accomplished by a Denver rookie in over two decades. RJ Harvey became the first Broncos rookie to score three touchdowns in a game since Clinton Portis in 2002. It also marked his first three touchdown outing since his collegiate career at UCF. The running back scored three times against Arizona State on Nov. 9th 2024. Harvey scored three out of four total touchdowns in that matchup.

On the other side of the AFC, the Bills had a dominant week against the Panthers. Matt Prater gave a solid performance going two-for-two on field goals. Prater garnered 10 points on the scoreboard, enabling Buffalo to secure a decisive 40-9 victory.
Though the Falcons fell to the Dolphins 34-10, Mike Hughes remained consistent with his performances so far this season. The cornerback recorded six tackles, four of which were solo tackles. Hughes also defended a pass for his fourth straight game.
Kalia Davis delivered a solid performance in just his second game back following an injury in week five. The defensive lineman contributed two tackles and one pass defended to the 49ers defensive efforts. But it wouldn’t be enough to secure the win, the 49ers ultimately fell to the Texans 26-15.
