ORLANDO – The UCF men’s basketball team is scheduled to face Pitt at 7 p.m. on Nov. 20 in the 19th edition of the Legends Classic presented by Old Trapper, as announced by the Gazelle Group on Thursday afternoon.

UCF and Pitt will face off for only the second time in the series history, with the Panthers having won the first meeting in 2004.

The Knights and Panthers are set to play at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach. The Ocean Center is in the heart of Daytona Beach, only 400 feet from the Atlantic Ocean and is the area’s convention center for entertainment and sports complex. The world-class venue boasts over 200,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting space.

As part of the Classic, Pitt and UCF will also host Quinnipiac for a game. The Knights are set to square off against the Bobcats on Nov. 25 inside Addition Financial Arena. The matchup will feature the first meeting between the two teams.

Tickets are on-sale now at Ticketmaster.com or can be purchased at the Ocean Center Box Office on the day of competition.

With its inaugural season in 2007, this will be the 19th year of the Legends Classic. Throughout the last 18 years, the Classic has been played all over the United States; this year will feature the second time in the Sunshine State and the first in Daytona Beach.

A full non-conference and Big 12 schedule will be released at a later date.
