ORLANDO — The UCF volleyball team finalized its 2025 schedule, featuring 15 home matches as the Knights are to set to embark on their first season under the direction of head coach Matt Botsford.
The Knights are set to open the season at home with three matches on the docket. UCF is set to host Chattanooga (Aug. 29), Norfolk State (Aug. 30) and UC Riverside (Aug. 31) inside The Venue. The Black and Gold will face off against Norfolk State for the first time in program history.
The squad then heads south for a three-match weekend with FIU as the host at Ocean Bank Convocation Center. UCF kicks off its stint in Miami with two neutral-site contests against Stetson (Sept. 5) and Miami (Sept. 6). The Knights are set to play host FIU September 7.
UCF returns home the following week, welcoming Arkansas State (Sept. 12), Florida Atlantic (Sept. 13) and Brown (Sept. 14) in a challenging home stand. Brown makes its first trip to the City Beautiful as this match will be the first meeting between the two teams.
The Knights wrap up non-conference play on the road, facing Memphis on Sept. 19 in a neutral-site matchup in Tuscaloosa. Followed by a road test against the host Alabama on Sept. 20.
