ORLANDO – The UCF men’s golf team signed William & Mary transfer Camden Goldknopf to the 2025 roster announced Friday.
“We are very excited to announce the signing of Camden to the UCF golf program for the fall semester of 2025. Camden will come to us as a transfer student from William & Mary. This recruiting process was a unique opportunity for our program as Camden was a player that we evaluated during his high school process, and he was someone that we felt was going to blossom into a strong player. Camden’s record is impressive both academically and athletically. Camden is a winner in the classroom as a National Honors Society honoree and a Florida Bright Futures recipient. On the golf course he won multiple individual junior championships, including the Florida Junior Tour’s Pam McCloskey Brosnihan Open, the Gator Invitational and the AJGA Greenwood Junior Championship. Collegiately as a freshman, he finished as the Tribe’s top-ranked golfer for the season including 3 top 10’s, 2 top 15’s and 2 top 20 finishes highlighted by 19th in the conference championship. Camden has earned a college Scoreboard ranking of 829 (Best Rank: 592), and he carries a World Amateur Golf Ranking of 2378 (Best Rank: 848).”
