A Suffolk, Va. native, Beale spent his first two collegiate campaigns with Norfolk State before putting together a breakout season with Hampton in 2024-25, averaging 13.0 points per game while shooting 44.7% from the floor and 39.5% from long range. He was just as effective from the charity stripe, recording an 87.3% clip.
A six-foot-four guard, Beale had nine games in which he tallied multiple assists, earning 31 on the season and finished the 2024-25 campaign with 29 steals. He posted a career-best 28 points in an overtime victory over Howard on Feb. 1, 2025, a game that saw him sink five three pointers.
Beale’s collegiate debut saw him post a double double, scoring 18 points with 14 rebounds against Virginia Lynchburg while with Norfolk State. Shortly after, he was named the MEAC’s Rookie of the Week on Nov. 16, 2022. His freshman campaign saw him earn a nod to the MEAC All-Rookie Team, making way for a 2023 All-MEAC Preseason Third Team selection to open his sophomore season.
