BOULDER, Colorado - Headlined by Sophia Biolay’s 100th collegiate win, the No. 17 UCF women’s tennis team remained perfect in conference play with its second-consecutive sweep on Friday afternoon against Colorado.
Claiming the match's first point in no time, Biolay clinched the contest to reach the century mark in combined singles and doubles victories. Now the seventh athlete in program history to achieve the feat, the French native secured her ninth double of the season, taking each match today in convincing fashion.

With Olivia Lincer and Hannah Rylatt jumping into the latest ITA doubles rankings, the Knights hit the ground running this afternoon to secure the early advantage. The tandem tallied another ranked win on court one, defeating No. 45 Ema Bubalo and Anya Nelson in convincing fashion, 6-3.
Needing to grab one more court, both two and three sat level at three-all as each duo held serve. Eventually, Sophia Biolay and Aya El Aouni pulled away on two, notching their seventh-consecutive win with a 6-4 result over the Buffs Lera Alexin and Mila Stanojevic. On three, Olivia Bergler and Donatella Guarnieri were trailing 5-3.
The Knights jumped out to a decisive advantage in singles, tallying five first sets which left no room for a Colorado comeback. On court two, 119th-ranked El Aouni took her third match in four with a straight-set triumph over Rixt Van Der Werff, 6-1, 6-2.
Rylatt remained unbeaten in her past four duels with a dominating display on court six, defeating Colorado’s Lera Alexin, 6-1, 6-4, to put the Knights within one.
With Jade Psonka and 110th-ranked Lincer each facing an uphill battle on courts one and four, along with Bergler heading to a third of her own, the 85th-ranked Biolay nixed the nerves with a composed performance on court three, besting Betina Tokac, 6-4, 7-5.
