ORLANDO – “It’s good to be out on that practice field again.”
Those were the first words UCF football head coach Scott Frost said to the media following the Knights first spring practice on Tuesday morning. A cool breeze greeted Frost and his team as they entered the Wayne Densch Practice Complex to begin preparations for the 2025 football season.
“There’s such a good energy out there and the weather’s beautiful, there’s palm trees and ospreys flying around and a bunch of kids that love football, so it’s a fun place to be," said Frost.
"The kids are excited, so they were enthusiastic about going out there, and I kind of just let that play out to see how it looked. The kids want to be good, and we’ll see if they’re willing to put in the work to get there."
