ORLANDO – An experienced mentor among the professional ranks, Nick Jaramillo has joined the UCF men’s soccer team as its newest assistant/goalkeepers coach ahead of the fall 2025 season, the program announced Thursday.
“I had the opportunity to come to a university with as high as standard as UCF. As a coach recruiting in the professional game, you always knew UCF was always a big program, soccer-wise.”
“Interacting with the staff was the biggest thing as well. Within my networking circles, everybody had nothing but great things to say about Calabrese, Paul Souders and Austin Nyquist. It was good knowing that I’m going to be around great individuals but still have to perform at a really high level. That was something that I really wanted to prioritize, because for me, that translates to the family life too.”
