ORLANDO – UCF Athletics will be celebrating National Girls and Women in Sports Day, presented by Orlando Health Women’s Institute, with a pair of events in February.

The Knights will host the 2025 UCF Women in Sports Dinner on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at The Venue at UCF. The event will take place from 6-9 p.m. Registration, cocktail hour and silent auction bidding will be held during the first hour, with the program and dinner to follow.

This annual event raises funds for the Black and Gold’s women’s sports teams. Guests will have an opportunity to hear the accomplishments of the student-athletes and coaches, and gain insight into their storied success through the years.

Single tickets are available for $125. Table sponsorships are available beginning at $1,200 and include nine tickets to the event. Each table will also include one or two UCF Athletics representatives (coach, student-athlete or administrator) based on sponsorship level. In addition, table sponsors will also receive tickets to the UCF versus Texas Tech women's basketball game on Feb. 22.

Sponsorships of the UCF Women in Sports Dinner, presented by the Orlando Health Women’s Institute, are also available. UCF Athletics is seeking additional sponsors for these events. All proceeds will benefit UCF women's athletics programs. NGWSD Children's Clinic
In recognition of National Girls and Women in Sports Day, UCFAA will also host a free children's sports clinic featuring numerous UCF coaches and student-athletes on Saturday, Feb. 22. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. and the event will run from 12:45 p.m. until the start of the women’s basketball game at 2 p.m. The clinic will begin with a chalk talk with Knights women’s basketball head coach Sytia Messer and is open to children in eighth grade or younger. It will take place at The Venue at UCF, located directly to the north of Addition Financial Arena. All participants in the children's clinic will receive a UCF goodie bag (while supplies last) and free admission to the women's basketball game versus Texas Tech. After the clinic concludes, kids will be able to participate in the UCF pregame hype tunnel runout, as the Knights take the court. Adults accompanying their children to the women's basketball game must purchase a general admission ticket for themselves - click here to buy.
