The UCF spirit teams head into the final day of the UCA/UDA Nationals Sunday with a chance to win a pair of National Championships. Held at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Orlando, the Knights will perform their coed cheer routine at 3:19 p.m. and their hip hop dance routine at 8:30 p.m.
The reigning champion Knights coed cheer team tied with South Florida for the best score in the semifinals with a 93.8. UCF is looking for its fifth national championship in the division and is looking to win the title in consecutive years for the first time in program history.
The awards ceremony for the cheer finals is slated for 6:15-6:45 p.m. in Arena South, which is also where the team will compete.
For hip hop, the finals awards will begin between 9:30-10:15 p.m. in Arena South.
